Our class has been working on narratives and on different types of genre.Annabelle, Sydney,Rebecah,Grier and Anika have made a iMovie trailer during their spare time.

Enviro WOW Week

                  

    

2 weeks ago the school had an enviro WOW week. The moana and mounga syndicate had a topic of 'trash to flash', where we had to bring in old clothes from home, and transform them from trash, to flash. Here are our classes' creations...








                  Every syndicate in the school recreated an old object, into a bling new one. The whenua syndicate designed a set of drawers, the awa syndicate created a sign out of an old surfboard, the mounga syndicate created hanging baskets to hang outside the senior block.

Hockey with Scott

Hockey was awesome.

We learnt lots of new tricks with Scott.

You must always remember not to kick the hockey ball.

We got taught how to juggle.

We played numbers and king of the square.

You need to wear shoes when you play hockey.

This year we have been doing synchronised swimming in the school pools

Wow week

This week we are having a commonwealth games wow week, we have been doing lots of fun activities. All of us have learnt where the commonwealth games are being held, room two knows all the countries competing in this event.



WOW WEEK!!!!!

There are seventeen sports (ten core sports and seven selected). 




Room two is looking foward to learning more about the commonwealth games.

We also made the sign's to put up on the wall of the big learning space.

We will pick the most voted for sign to go in the learning space.
